Group Sound Healing (Up to 10 People)

Sound therapy is a form of healing which through vibrations and frequency's heals the mind body and soul. Sound Healing Activates the parasympathetic nervous system which is the opposite of the stress flight or fight response. When we relax, let go and listen to the sounds, our bodies go into a Theta state, this is when the nervous system can relax and begin to heal.

In my sessions I play the gong, chimes, ocean drum, native drum, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan brass bowls, shells, rattles and a few other instruments.

Some Benefits of Sound:

I am a Craniosacral, Reiki Master, Sound Therapist and PEMF Vibration Mat Therapist. I am a loving caring empath that has dealt with many issues such as anxiety, pain and trauma, I have been on this healing journey since 2015. I started Reiki Training in 2015-2017, It helped me with the anxiety and pain that I was experiencing and wanted to learn and share this with others.
